OBJECTIVE: ACTIVATE THE CONCEPT IN ORDER TO HAVE THE DESIRED IMPACT

When Needed:

• I want to start a concept and have a blueprint for a path forward via sensing, visioning and prototyping as well as the Social Business Model Canvas.

• I need to seed/implement a concept with an eye towards nurturing, harvesting and reaping the impact of the concept.

Rationale:

• Allows for concept to be empowering, unique and relevant to stakeholders.

• Works well for concepts that need to be clear and credible in their delivery and impact.
